Shipping Policy

At Waters by SMW, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We use USPS Priority Shipping, which typically delivers within 2 days once your order has been dispatched.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location.

• Delivery: Please note that while USPS Priority Shipping aims for 2-day delivery, delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and weather conditions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that:

• Commissions and Wedding Packages are not eligible for return.

• If a commissioned piece or full-service wedding stationery arrives damaged, a replacement may be sent upon review.

For other eligible items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at watersbysmw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
